CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Commissioner Pitcock called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Members absent: Commissioner FitzPatrick
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Taylor, Commissioner Foley
Alternates absent: None
Commissioner Evans was sitting for Commissioner FitzPatrick and Commissioner Foley was sitting for Commissioner Macro.
READING OF LEGAL NOTICE
Commissioner Pitcock read the Public Hearing Notice as published in the Journal Inquirer.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Mr. Anthony Macro submitted a COA application for the installation of 2 solar panels on the roof on the back of his house at 1828 Main Street.
- Dan Britton, a representative of Sunlight Solar, provided additional information about the solar panels, such as: size - 30” by 50”, 2 collectors, piping down side of house and on back, a pressurized glycol system.
